Board Tamara Louks Executive Board Member
Terry is a public accountant having practiced in Waterloo Region/Cambridge for over 30 years. Terry has lived in Cambridge since 1989 and is a past president and current treasurer of Cambridge Chamber of Commerce, board member Cambridge Library and Galleries, past co-chair of the city implementation task force for "Our Common Future" , past treasurer Cambridge and North Dumfries Community Foundation and past Cambridge United Way leadership giving chair.
Tamara is the principal owner of DAB – developing arts & business. DAB provides business development and project management services for both artists and creative groups. Liaising with a multitude of arts and cultural organizations, Tamara's career highlights include: managing communications with d3 Impact, program development with the City of Cambridge Centre for the Arts, volunteer coordinator for Kitchener-Waterloo Art Gallery, stage manager at Toronto Fringe Festival, and chair of the Cambridge Cultural Awards committee.

Board Allan Ramsay Board Member
Bill Schwarz is an active partner in the Cambridge law firm of PSH Lawyers and a professional artist [watercolour, acrylic and pen and ink]. He has been a Cambridge resident for 42 years. Bill has a long commitment to service as a Past Distinguished Lieutenant Governor of Division 5E of the Eastern Canada and Caribbean District of Kiwanis International, a Mel Osbourne Fellow of the Kiwanis Foundation of Canada and a Member, Director or Officer, past or present of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Waterloo Law Association, Shades Mill Law Association, Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation, Kiwanis Club of Cambridge, Canadian Clay and Glass Gallery, Big Brother Association of Cambridge, Lutherwood, St. Paul's Lutheran Church, St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, South Waterloo and Wellington District Boy Scouts of Canada, Waterloo Regional Arts Council, Prosperity Council of Waterloo Region, Homer Watson House and Gallery, and the Grand River Film Festival. Bill has and continues to spend much of his time, energy and enthusiasm in raising money for worthwhile events and institutions in the community.
Allan is a life long resident of Cambridge and is President of Ramsay & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in developing strategic direction and executing business and marketing communications for Canadian clients as well as helping US based companies expand and enter the Canadian market. Allan has been an active community volunteer throughout his career and has been awarded two Paul Harris Fellowships (recognition of community service and work in Rotary International) and was the first recipient of the Alumnus of Distinction Award for career achievement and community service from the School of Applied Arts at Conestoga College.
Board Jay Morrison Co-Chair

Jay is an Investment Advisor in the Cambridge office of RBC Dominion Securities. After living for 38 years in Toronto where he was born and raised, Jay moved to the region in 2009 and immediately sought to immerse himself in the local arts community. He has served on the board of the Cambridge Community Orchestra, and in his second season with GRFF, Jay accepted the role of co-chair. After hours, Jay documents the world around him through photography and his images are on display at several locations in Cambridge. Jay traces his love of motion pictures back to the age of six when his mother forced him to watch Burnt Offerings, which gave him awful nightmares.
Lee is a life long resident of Cambridge. He conducts a law practice and is owner of the consulting firm, Prestige Property Tax Specialists. His present and past involvements with numerous organizations include a director of Canada's Technology Triangle, a director for the Chamber of Commerce, Committee Chair for United Way, Chaired Telecommunications Task Force, member of Local Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee, member of Cambridge Arts & Cultural Advisory Committee, Chairman for the Restoration of Rail Passenger Services for Cambridge and Chairman of the 2000 Annual Conference for the Institute of Municipal Assessors in Ontario. He was the Canadian Delegate to United Nations Conference on Human Rights, ew York City and was awarded The Commemorative Medal for the 12Sth Anniversary of the Canadian Confederation for distinguished community service. He has been a member of many professional associations, including The Canadian Bar Association, The Advocates' Society, The Waterloo County Law Association, The Law Society of Upper Canada, The Institute of Municipal Assessors, The International Association of Assessing Officers and The International Commission of Jurists.

Scott Clevely has worked in the film, television and media production industry for over tens years. Since working as an Assistant Director on film and television sets in Toronto as a member of the Directors' Guild of Canada, he left the film and television industry, moved to Cambridge and started an award-winning video production company, Blue Lizard Productions, with a focus on producing corporate videos. Scott is still active in independent film production producing four short films right here in Cambridge and is currently in development on a feature film with Telefilm Canada.
David Terry has been a resident of Cambridge for more than twenty years. He was a founder of Open Text Corporation and global sales manager for a leading US publisher. He was active in the organization of GRFF's first year and now combines volunteer work with appearances in local theatrical productions.
